Our herbal products are meant either for ingestion or for topical use. Like prescription pharmaceuticals, we cannot accept previously opened, refused or unclaimed shipments for refund. This is because we have lost the chain of custody of the parcel and the product may have been damaged in transit or someone may have tampered with the contents. Therefore, under these conditions, there can be no refunds.
If a product has arrived damaged or if you suspect it has been tampered with please advise the courier immediately and contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. We will replace lost, damaged or defective products upon written notice.
Please do NOT refuse shipments or return them to the shipping location. Unclaimed or refused shipments will be held for 30 days pending a change ship order from you after which they will be destroyed. No refunds will be issued.
We will issue refunds under our existing warranty policy (see below) where someone has used the product and the product has failed to perform as warranted. To implement a warranty claim, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Care center by phone or email.

Special Return requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. If a return is allowed it must be sent back unopened, undamaged with the plastic seal around the WMV box intact. It’s a good idea to return it in a Priority Mail box with Delivery Confirmation.
All returned opened or damaged WMV kits will receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price.
Undamaged WMV kits will be refunded in full minus shipping charges.

Please note that approximately 90% of first time users are successful with one application, the others will require 2 or more applications for complete results. (Wart Mole Vanish) Most problems are user application problems and are easily remedied.
If making a warranty claim, You may be required to complete a written questionnaire about your usage of the product and/or be interviewed (by phone) with our staff to determine what problem may have occurred. If remedial assistance is not successful then we will process an application for refund. Refunds normally process in 7-10 working days.
